We offer a complete range of design and build services for residential and commercial customers including new builds, refurbishments, reconfigurations, extensions, bathroom and kitchen fitting, and bespoke carpentry and joinery – enabling you to achieve the property you want through one exceptional quality design and build company.

We are the building company that cares and are raising the standard of property development in Cheshire. We also employ a team of trusted and experienced sub-contractors to work on certain phases of our development projects such as plumbers, electricians and plasterers.

All of our onsite sub-contractors hold Construction Skills Certificate Scheme cards and Macdonald Construction are fully insured with employers liability insurance with an indemnity limit of £10,000,000. We also have public and products liability insurance with an indemnity limit of £2,000,000.

We have an excellent team here at Macdonald Construction with highly competent, trained tradesmen who excel at their own individual responsibilities. We cover all building aspects including plumbing, electrics, gasworks & boiler installations, plastering, carpentry, painting/decorating and tiling. All of these skills are carried out to the highest standard and in conjunction with governing regulations. Plumbing, electrical and gas works are fully certified and lodged with the appropriate councils and authorities. Originals will be given to the client for their own retention and guarantee.

We offer a comprehensive range of refurbishment services including building works, carpentry and joinery, repair works and decorating. Our refurbishment team is highly experienced and is committed to providing you with excellent customer experience.
